  • Employers must not post jobs that discriminate on any unlawful basis.

7. Job Seeker Responsibilities

  • Job Seekers are responsible for the content of their resumes and other information they provide.
  • Job Seekers must not provide false or misleading information.

8. Fees and Payment

  • Fees for services, including job postings, will be as outlined on Jobscy.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Content

  • Users retain ownership of the content they post on Jobscy.
  • By posting content, you grant Jobscy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Services.
  • Users must not post content that infringes on the rights of others or is otherwise unlawful.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Jobscy, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Jobscy or its licensors and is protected by Cyprus and international copyright laws.
  • Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from Jobscy without permission.
